Responsibilities
- Analyze churn rates by examining historical trends related to yield in the database.
- Identify penetration trends and develop strategies for database engagement.
- Generate timely prescriptive reports from various platforms, including the dialer, CRM, and database.
- Create Dialer reports that provide insights on agent performance, including disposition statistics and other key metrics.
Skill Set Required:
- Extensive experience with outbound telesales dialers, including but not limited to Genesys, Aspect, and Avaya.
- Solid knowledge of managing database churn specifically for outbound telesales platforms.
- Familiarity with various dialing strategies, including predictive, progressive, auto, timed preview, and preview dialing, along with their advantages and disadvantages.
- Understanding of Power BI is considered a valuable asset.
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint, enabling effective data analysis and presentation.
- Familiarity with programming platforms such as Python and R Studio is an additional benefit.
- Experience with database scoring methodologies will also be advantageous.
